A company built on one early decision: to be of complete service, to anyone, regardless of circumstances.

Its just a choice

Before there was a trailer, there was a choice. Some people find their thing in an office; John found his in the moment a stranger's problem got solved and the weight visibly came off their shoulders because of his selflessness.

Six years of showing up

Years of hauling, moving, fixing, mowing, repairing, carrying, driving and washing across Southern California teaches you things. And the things it taught Rizo was that the difference between a good crew and a bad one was never muscle, it's how much they cared.

The philosophy

We keep it simple enough to fit on a trailer hitch:

  • Show up when we said. The window is a promise.
  • Tell the truth about scope. If a job belongs with a licensed specialist, you'll hear it from us.
  • Leave it better. Swept, cleared, and cleaner than we found it — every time.
  • Be reachable. Family-owned means the person answering your text actually owns the outcome.

THE GENESIS

Dump & Done is exactly what it is. There's no special formula or genius here. You point at the stuff. We dump it, haul it, fix it, or wash it. And we're done. With nothing left but a memory of what your project once was. How's that for keeping it simple?
