This whole tab exists for one reason: an informed customer makes better decisions. So we wrote down everything six years of hauling, moving, fixing, and washing has taught us and gave it away. To you. For free. Enjoy.
Why we teach our own trade
There's an old idea in service based businesses: keep the customer in the dark, because confusion is profitable. We think the opposite. When you understand how a job actually works — what drives the price, what the crew is doing and why, what corners bad operators cut — you make better calls, you spot the games other companies play, and you know exactly what you're paying for.
What's inside these manuals
Each service has its own full manual: the craft (what separates careful work from careless), the process step by step, the honest economics of how pricing works, the cautions professionals live by — from calling 811 before digging to why ceiling fans need a fan-rated box — and a breakdown of every single option on our board, with pictures.
No fluff, no filler. If it's in a manual, it's something we actually do or actually watch for.
How to use them
Two ways. If you like knowing things: skim the manual for your service before you book — five minutes and you'll understand your own project better than most contractors will explain it.
