Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Dump & Done website and your booking of our services. By using this site or booking with us, you agree to these Terms.

Our Services

Dump & Done provides junk removal and hauling, transport, moving help, handyman work, landscaping, and pressure washing in Southern California. Descriptions on this site are for general information; the exact scope of any job is confirmed when we quote and schedule it.

Quotes & Pricing

  • Published prices (such as trailer-load rates) are starting points. Photo-based quotes are estimates.
  • Your final price is confirmed with you on-site, before work begins. Factors that can affect pricing include heavy materials, disposal weight, distance and travel, difficult access, and special disposal requirements.
  • You are never obligated to proceed after hearing the confirmed price.

Scheduling

Appointments are scheduled in arrival windows. Same-day availability may be possible depending on the job but is not guaranteed. If we need to reschedule for reasons on our side (weather, safety, vehicle issues), we will notify you as early as possible. Cancellation and rescheduling terms are confirmed at the time of booking.

Payment

Payment is due upon completion of the work, after your final walkthrough. Accepted payment methods are confirmed at booking.

Items We Cannot Accept

For safety and legal reasons, some materials require special disposal and may be declined or quoted separately — including hazardous waste, certain chemicals, paints, and similar items. Our crew makes the final call on-site. If you're unsure about an item, ask before your appointment.

Your Responsibilities

  • You confirm that you own, or have the right to dispose of, all items you ask us to remove.
  • Please disclose access issues (stairs, elevators, gates, parking) and hazardous or unusual materials in advance.
  • Secure pets, and keep work areas reasonably accessible.

Workmanship & Liability

We take real care in your home and on your property. If you believe something was damaged during a job, notify us within 48 hours at info@dump-done.com so we can make it right. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from a job is limited to the amount you paid for that job. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under California law.

Communications

By providing your phone number or email, you consent to receive calls, texts, and emails from us about your quotes and projects. Marketing emails are sent only with your signup and always include an unsubscribe option.

Website Use

Site content — including text, graphics, and the Dump & Done name and logo — belongs to us and may not be copied for commercial use without permission. The site is provided "as is"; we work to keep information accurate but do not guarantee it is error-free.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of Orange County, California.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time; the date above reflects the current version. Continued use of the site or our services after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
